Founded by two MIT grads, Proven Skincare aimed to establish itself as the leader of the personalized skincare market by rebranding tip to tail.

  • Identified and amplified Proven’s brand voice by writing cohesive and detailed brand guidelines.

  • Researched, wrote, and pitched extensive social media strategy that leveraged performance data, market benchmarks, buyer personas, and brand goals

  • Rewrote Proven’s website to match the refined brand voice, appeal to the established buyer personas, and streamline UX

  • Produced photo and video shoots by casting and managing: photographers, models, HMUA, talent, prop stylist, fashion stylist, location, and catering

  • Managed budgets, schedules, and production resources

  • Acted as a liason between clients, internal departments, and external vendors
